I truly believe that communication is the key to satisfaction, so even before you make a full appointment in the salon, you have the option of a convenient digital consultation form or a free in-person consultation meeting.
Through this, we discuss your hair, goals, challenges and budget, collaboratively creating a personalized plan for your desired outcome and upkeep. This meticulous approach guarantees transparency about the duration, costs, and long-term plan for each appointment. Your time with me includes a comprehensive consultation, providing a platform for you to share your hair experiences, show inspiration photos and express any concerns.
It's more than just styling; it's a partnership focused on delivering the look you desire, leaving you with confidence and satisfaction. I love to have your involvement in the whole process as I guide you towards an outcome that will suit you in every way.
THE DAY OF YOUR SERVICE
Having had our consultation, you can now anticipate a visit to Salon BAM that radiates comfort and confidence, with a carefully crafted plan tailored to you. Conveniently located off of West Kellogg in the Maple and Ridge Road area in Wichita, my salon space offers up close parking. You will receive text/email confirmations about arrival instructions through my user-friendly online booking system.
Upon entering, you'll find an open and inviting space featuring stylist stations, wash bowls, and a cozy seating area. As an collective of independent stylists, there's no receptionist, but feel free to relax in the front chairs until your scheduled time. When it's time for your appointment, I'll personally welcome you and guide you to my salon room down the hall, providing a quiet and comfortable environment for your services.
We'll review the plan, address any changes or questions, and then embark on transforming your hair goals into reality. Throughout your visit, expect a blend of professional expertise, personalized service, high performance products and relaxation enhancements, complemented by a selection of refreshing beverages and snacks.
Each service concludes with a customized styling session, empowering you with the knowledge to care for your hair more effectively. As we wrap up, you'll be invited to schedule your next appointment based on our discussed upkeep, and I'll bid you farewell with gratitude for your time and trust.

Upon leaving the salon, you'll immediately experience the transformation of your hair – radiant, vibrant, soft and effortlessly manageable thanks to my high performance products. Our discussion during your appointment would have covered essential home care practices, ensuring you achieve optimal results with any take-home products you may have chose and effective styling tips.
