SALON POLICIES

Appointment Booking Policy:

 

Effective January 1, 2024, all appointment reservations made will be required to put a valid card on file to secure the appointment. This card will not be charged at that time and is only used to hold your reservation except in an instance where the cancellation policy must be enforced. *

 

All appointments made will receive a courtesy text and/or email verification. I also will require that you complete a New Guest Intake Form that includes a signature box which must be signed to acknowledge the following cancellation policies:

 

Cancellation and/or Reschedule Policy:

As a courtesy to you, I will reach out to confirm before your scheduled appointment through my booking site, Gloss Genius. Please give a minimum of 24-hour notice by calling, texting me at 316-370-7705, should you need to change your appointment. I reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the booked appointment value should the cancellation/reschedule be made with less than 24 hours’ notice at my discretion. Communication will be a key factor in policy enforcement because I understand the unpredictability of life.

 

No Call/No Show Policy:

If you do not show up to your appointment and you do not call to cancel prior to your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% fee based on the services booked. If this continues to happen, you will be asked to pre-pay for the services booked to make a reservation in the future.

 

Late Policy:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to guarantee that you are able to receive your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your reservation and reschedule your appointment as a courtesy of respecting the time of your service provider and other clients. Please text/call to inform me if you think you may be late. If I are unable to accommodate the late arrival, you will be asked to reschedule, and the reschedule fee may apply (see Cancellation and/or Reschedule Policy).

 

I have these policies in place to make sure that my time protected and properly compensated for the time set aside to give you an amazing service. I also understand that things come up, so communication will help us provide the best experience possible. I truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. I look forward to seeing you! *Credit card information is stored safely and securely through my web-based transaction processing server, Gloss Genius. I cannot see your credit card information after it is stored.

Return/Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is my biggest priority, and I am always ready to make corrections for outcomes that are not satisfactory. In the rare case of an unsatisfactory experience, I ask that you reach out within 7 days of your appointment - beyond that time, I cannot be held responsible as there may be numerous environmental and other contributing factors. But please reach out with any questions or concerns as I strive to provide exemplary services. Refunds will not be given on services rendered. I absolutely will redo or adjust as needed to make things right.

No refunds on purchased products. Exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for a product that may be a better fit for you.
